Supplemental Medicare Coverage
Medica Prime Solution is our most popular Medicare supplement. It's available to residents of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. You can choose from Basic and Enhanced plans:
- Value: Lowest monthly premium with the highest member copayments and coinsurances
- Basic: A lower monthly premium, with co-payments for some services.
- Enhanced: A slightly higher monthly premium with first-dollar coverage for most eligible services.
Highlights
- Unlike most Medicare Advantage plans, no referrals are needed to see most network specialists.
- All the benefits of original Medicare AND coverage for routine physical exams, annual hearing and vision exams, and more.
- You can't be turned down because of a pre-existing condition.
- The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program and WalkSport™ mall-walking program are included at no additional cost (some geographic restrictions apply.)
- Coverage for Snowbirds & Travelers with the Extended Absence Option.
- A choice of plans and optional riders to meet your needs.
