Senior GoldSM — Our
most popular plan Senior Gold provides solid coverage and a solid value. It covers all Medicare Part A and Part B coinsurance and deductibles. You can see any network provider without a referral. And if you need care outside the service area, any charges above Medicare’s approved amount are covered. Senior Gold members can take advantage of a wide range of discounts for prescription drugs, fitness centers, eyewear, hearing aids and complementary care. And there is no additional charge for these benefits. Senior Gold helps you stay healthy too. You can choose optional coverage for preventive care services, including your annual routine physical exam, vision exam and hearing screening. These annual exams are covered in full for just an additional $5 each month. Approved amount — an example: If your doctor charges $110 and Medicare approves $100, Medicare pays $80 (80 percent), the plan pays $20 coinsurance, and you pay nothing. |

Basic Medicare Blue — Our low-cost plan This is our most complete plan. For one monthly rate, Extended Basic Blue covers your Medicare coinsurance, deductibles, preventive care up to $120 of eligible charges annually for hospital and medical services, 20 extra days in a skilled nursing facility and extra home health care expenses. Best of all, your out-of-pocket costs are limited to $1,000 of eligible charges each year. |
